“All i Pebre” Tasting
Leaving Valencia, we will arrive to the Albufera Lake, where we will do the boarding on a traditional fishing boat towards the Port of Catarroja. At once there we will visit “El Tancat de la Pipa” (special biodiversity area within the Albufera Lake for shelter and food for many species of wildlife). Later we will go to one of the two traditional restaurants for to learn how to prepare and then taste the “All i Pebre” tasty eels stew, cooked by traditional fishermen of the Albufera, and the typical dish of the Catarroja town.
