Paella Cooking
Enjoy a fantastic gastronomic experience, shopping ingredients and cooking like a Chef. First we will go to Central Market finding the necessary ingredients to prepare the paella dish, and after that we will go to The Cooking School (it can be a traditional Farmhouse), where the Chef will explain you the main recipe to prepare the traditional Valencia’s dish. Under supervision of the Chef, you will start the process for to prepare the paella; during cooking process drinks and snacks would be served (optional); and once completed the cooking process the Chef will taste your paella, trying to determine your score. Finally starters, paella, desserts, drinks and coffees will be served; completing a tasty journey to the Valencia’s traditional gastronomy.
